About your coach

Natalya Borosch

My journey into fitness began long before I ever stepped into a weight room. I grew up in competitive sports, playing soccer and racing BMX bikes, which instilled in me discipline, resilience, and a love for pushing my limits.
 

At 16, I discovered the gym — and everything changed. Strength training became both a physical and mental outlet. I went on to compete in three powerlifting competitions, then transitioned into bodybuilding where I continue refining my discipline, physique, and mindset.
 

Through every phase, one thing became clear: I wanted to help other women experience this same empowerment — with the education, structure, and guidance I wish I had at the start.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and online coach with 6+ years of experience, I specialize in helping ambitious, busy women transform their bodies by reducing body fat and building lean muscle.
